What I offer
video sessions
I use Google Meet to run my video sessions. All you need is an internet connection, webcam (usually built into your computer or phone these days) and a private, confidential space to be.
Video sessions work much the same as in-person, and we can use tools such as screen-sharing and ‘whiteboards’ to write, draw and share resources as we would in-person.
Phone Sessions
I also work on the phone. Phone may be more suitable for you if you have a poor or no internet connection, no webcam, or feel uncomfortable on camera. I’ve worked on the phone in my crisis role for years, so have developed skills in working without visual cues, and have found that you can build really strong, meaningful relationships through phone work just as you can on video and in person

I currently work Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am - 6pm, and only offer sessions during these times. I aim to respond to all enquiries within a week. If you are in need of urgent, crisis support please contact a crisis service as I’m not able to offer the level of care and attention I would want to provide in this situation outside of session times.
A standard contract would be one 50 minute session once per week, but if this doesn’t work for you, let me know and we can look at alternatives.
